Privacy Notice
Scope And Operator
This notice covers the CipherStance public website preview. Q-Day Ready and CipherAgents are forthcoming tools from CipherStance. Q-Day Ready accounts and uploaded content will be covered by separate privacy information before that service is publicly offered. CipherAgents is designed to run on infrastructure each organisation controls.
CipherStance is currently an independent initiative; an operating company has not yet been registered. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent through the contact form.
Information Used By This Preview
You can read the website and Knowledge Hub without an account. The website has no registration or payment forms, advertising tags or analytics integrations. Fonts and brand assets are served from this website.
Contact Form
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, optional company name, chosen topic and message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry. The message is sent to our inbox by email and is not stored in a website database.
To protect the form from automated abuse, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection to decide whether the request is likely to come from a person. The enquiry is delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. Both providers process data under their own privacy terms.
To limit repeated submissions, the website stores a hashed form of your network address with a count of recent submission attempts, including attempts that fail. This hash is still treated as personal data. Each record expires automatically two hours after it was last updated and is stored separately from your enquiry.
If you choose a theme, the website saves that appearance preference in your browser. See the Cookie Policy below for the exact storage key and how to remove it.
The website is planned to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may record technical request information, such as the requesting address, requested URL, response status and time, to deliver and protect the website. Log retention, provider data locations and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
Purposes, Retention And Providers
The current preview uses browser storage to remember appearance and technical request handling to deliver pages. It does not build advertising profiles. Contact form details are used only to answer the enquiry. Before public launch, this notice must identify the actual processing purposes and applicable legal grounds, provider recipients, retention periods, hosting locations and any international-transfer arrangements.
Your Choices And Requests
You can remove the saved theme using the control below or your browser's site-data settings. Privacy rights and request procedures depend on the applicable law. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact form. The formal request process and relevant complaint route will be confirmed before launch.
Updates
This notice will be updated when the website's data practices change. Its review date will identify the latest revision. Changes to optional tracking must be reflected in the website controls as well as this notice.
Website Terms Of Use
Website Information
This website introduces CipherStance, Q-Day Ready and CipherAgents. Preview screens use illustrative information. Descriptions of planned features are not a commitment that those features are currently available.
Permitted Use
You may browse the public pages and link to them. Do not use the site to introduce malicious content, interfere with availability, impersonate another party or attempt unauthorised access to systems or information.
Intellectual Property
CipherStance branding, original website copy and original design materials are reserved to their respective rights holders. Third-party fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. Access to this website does not grant permission to present CipherStance branding as your own or imply an endorsement.
Product And Educational Content
Website and Knowledge Hub content is general information. It is not a compliance certification, a guarantee of security or a substitute for an assessment of your own systems. Any platform subscription, service commitment, data-processing agreement or acceptable-use terms will be presented separately where applicable.
Links And Availability
Links may lead to a product preview or another service. Review the destination's terms and privacy information before submitting data. Content and previews may change as development continues.
Final Terms Before Launch
Operator identification, contact details, applicable jurisdiction, dispute arrangements and any liability provisions remain subject to confirmation and appropriate legal review. These draft website terms do not replace signed customer agreements or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accessibility Statement
We aim to make the public website understandable and usable with keyboards, assistive technologies and different screen sizes.
Current Features
The preview includes a skip-to-content link, semantic headings, labelled navigation, visible focus styles, light and dark appearance options, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Knowledge Hub articles are ordinary pages with structured headings, and the contact form has labelled fields and announces its status to assistive technologies.
Known Limits
A complete accessibility audit, assistive-technology review and cross-browser conformance assessment have not been completed. We do not claim that this preview conforms to a specific accessibility standard.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback can be sent through the contact form. The response process will be confirmed before public launch. When reporting an issue, include the page, the task you were attempting and the browser or assistive technology involved, without sharing sensitive account information.
Security And Responsible Reporting
Security information should be shared privately. Until a dedicated reporting channel is published, use the contact form and choose the Security Report topic to tell us you have a report, without sensitive details, and we will arrange a private way to receive it.
Reporting Guidance
A useful report includes the affected page or component, a clear description, the potential impact and minimal reproduction details. Do not include credentials, personal information or customer content.
This notice does not authorise testing. Do not access other people's data, disrupt availability, perform social engineering or test third-party systems. Any authorised research scope and disclosure process must be agreed separately. No bounty, response-time guarantee or safe-harbour commitment is offered by this draft.
